The one-hour training focuses on the ways in which culture defines and influences our awareness and understanding of cultural factors that determine beliefs and practices. The training also offers practical ways in which individuals can increase their awareness on race, ethnicity, diversity and inclusion.
Dietitians: This workshop is approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) for Continuing Professional Education (CPE). Registered Dietitians who fulfill the program requirements will receive 1 CPEU (Activity Number: 160582).
